Funding and recommendation principles
SafeCodeScan may use clearly labelled affiliate links in selected contexts. This page explains the boundaries so the tool, risk analysis and recommendations remain separate.
Local tool first
SafeCodeScan remains primarily a local QR and barcode security tool. Scanner, URL risk analysis, generator, design editor, export and Print Studio remain the main purpose of the site.
No influence on risk analysis
Recommendations do not influence risk analysis. Risk levels, warnings and link explanations are not changed because an affiliate program exists.
No transfer to partners
QR contents, scans, scan results, risk levels, camera frames, uploads, generated codes and exports are not transmitted to affiliate partners.
Visible labelling
Affiliate links or advertising links are visibly labelled. External partner links open in a new tab and use rel="sponsored nofollow noopener noreferrer".
No product rating without review
SafeCodeScan does not publish product ratings, star ratings or rankings without a traceable review. Recommendations are contextual and deliberately restrained.
No prices or availability without updates
Prices, discounts and availability are not shown unless they can be updated automatically and reliably.
No third-party scripts in Phase 1
Phase 1 does not include partner scripts, widgets, pixels or tracking integrations. A plain text link only sends the user to the partner site after a deliberate click.
Partner sites have their own rules
After clicking an external link, the privacy notices and technical rules of the respective partner site apply.
